They have created a faux-company/division called Philip Morris Corporate Services Inc. which will be headed by Michael Horst (who still retains his PM EEC position and reports to Walter Thoma). The new company has second-level managment staff Ian Sargeant, Reudiger May, Paul Maglione, Jacques Constant.

Contant has been appointed Manager Personnel/Administration (he was European Affairs Executive and Brussels Office Administrator)
