Don't confuse the NCPA with the National Center for Policy Analysis which was based in Dallas Texas, and an offshoot of the Atlas Foundation

1986 Sept: TI Anne Duffin of the Tobacco Institute reports on continued efforts to establish working relationships with women's groups. They will pay Ogilve and Mather to run the standard video-training course for the NCPA spokespersons:

Continue to establish working relationships with women's groups.
  TI will provide media training assistance for National Center for Policy Alternatives; O&M to coordinate.

    TI is assisting Women's Campaign Research Fund in development of its newsletter. O&M is coordinating production work, at WCRF request . Follow up meeting held 8/21.
