1991 Nov 5: A one-day Asian Tobacco Council, Regional Conference. There are 75 delegates. Donner, as the Chairman of the ATC, is working with Clive Turner.
Their keynote speaker is Paul Dietrich, who is speaking on the World Health Organisation [He was a life-long tobacco lobbyist, who's speciality was attacking the WHO, partly because his wife Lorna Jordan Dietrich was the USA's Human Rights delegate to the UN in Geneva.]
Sharon Boyse of BAT [then running Dietrich], Donner and Clive Turner are doing the summing up of the current situation, both globally and locally.
